Wedding Planning Agreement
A wedding planner meticulously plans out a wedding from start to finish which provides the Client with a settled mind that the wedding will run smoothly. A Wedding Planning Agreement is a formal legal document between the Wedding Planner and the Couple and sets out the terms and conditions upon which the Wedding Planner shall perform wedding planning services.
A Wedding Planning Agreement should contain the payment and cancellation terms, force majeure clause and termination amongst others. This template agreement is applicable in case of rendering wedding planning services but may be modified to accommodate the needs of the parties.
