CM SME Club provides tailored legal support for SMEs with access to a dedicated team of legal professionals.

We offer three main types of legal support to fit your budget and specific needs:
  1. Subscription Legal Services: Affordable legal support on a monthly subscription fee.
  2. Virtual General Counsel Services: Expert legal guidance on an as-needed basis for specific transactions.
  3. In-House Legal Support Services: Full-time or part-time outsourced legal officer for businesses who require support for their existing in-house legal department.

We offer three main types of legal support to fit your budget and specific needs:
  1. Subscription Legal Services
    1. Start ups package – Kshs. 30,000 monthly
    2. Gold package – Kshs. 50,000 monthly
    3. Platinum package – Kshs. 100,000 monthly
  2. Virtual General Counsel Services: From Kshs. 30,000
  3. In-House Legal Support Services: From Kshs. 50,000

Upon payment of the monthly subscription fee, you will be required to create a client account under which you may access our documents portal and webinars.

There is a minimum 12-month membership period. You receive a membership discount if you sign up for 2 or more years.

The pricing is based on your company's legal needs and it starts at Kshs. 30,000 to 100,000 depending on the scope of legal services.

To thank you for referring a Client, you will receive the equivalent of your referral’s fee as a cash commission, and your referral will receive their first month/service free when they sign up and pay for at least 3 months/services.
