This affidavit is sworn by an individual who has lost their Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) Certificates. These may be the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE), or the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), or any other certificate issued by KNEC.
