Trust Deed for an Employee Share Ownership Scheme
An employee share ownership plan (ESOP) is an arrangement where employees participate in the share ownership of the company. This is beneficial to both the employee and the company as the employees are able to participate in the decision making process of the company and therefore high likelihood of implementation.
The Trust Deed for an Employee Share Ownership Scheme therefore sets out the terms under which an employee is entitled to the shares and the number of shares.
