Research and Development Agreement
Research plays a critical role in the transformation and evolution of the life sciences. This Research and Development Agreement is between an institution/school whether private or public in respect of conducting research in certain areas of the life sciences and undertaking development of certain products. Life sciences deals with life in all its forms.
The purpose of the Research and Development Agreement is to set out the terms of the engagement of the University, this includes the scope of work, the manpower requirements and the finances.
